Problem with adding items

So i added some items to my iteminfo.shn and iteminfoserver.shn (just a karen axe) but when i try to start up my zones in the services.msc after putting the .shn files in the server files the zones bounce between each other.

_Zone Server Started

_Zone server 2

but when i try to start server 2 for example i get this

_Zone Server

_Zone Server 2 Started

but when i turn on say _Login Service zone server 2 could say it's on but i click on it and click to start shows up instead of stop service
restart service

can anyone help me

To add an item...

you need to make changes in:
client side
iteminfo.shn
itemviewinfo.shn

server side
iteminfo.shn
iteminfoserver.shn

the item needs the same item id!
