Problem with starting up the server~HELP!

I am new to set up a Fiesta Private Server according to the guide of ChubbyCrab (http://forum.ragezone.com/f591/v1-2-...-guide-892067/)


The problem occurs when i try to start the server in "servers,msc":
it pop up a windows---"services stop automatically if they have no work to do, for example, the Performance Logs and Alerts service."

i hv found some solutions to it, some of them said we need the SQL Express Agent which is lacking in the SQL Server 2008 Express. Is that right???? i don't know whether it is correct because Express Agent charge for a fee.

Or anyone can give me a solution???

If you could have read some topics or used search then the answer would be:
Post the latest assert logs, otherwise don't expect any help!
