Problems connecting to server

So i have my launcher set up to connect to my server but it keeps saying connection failed...where can i find an error message to figure out why it failed

now it said auth failed and gives me this error message.

Failed getting new token: The Server Returned an Unknown Error (wininet: 0).

now the odinrest service crashes and i get ths error message when i try to set up registration page and connect to it by the 127.0.0.1
