Maybe its a problem with the ID's not sure.

You have done something wrong when adding the item(s) to the NPC.

When the wrong Index is added then Zone just skips it.
You have probably broken the column count or something.

You need to post the proper NPC file before we can give more help.

you edited the npc text file in notepad. Therefore you have messed up the tabbing in the txt file. You need to edit it in shinetables or notepad++.

Try checking line 284 as it specifies. If you don't want to restart then that's your best option.
