Problems With hamachi

How do i get my server availible to others threw hamachi? I have my game up i can play but i dont know how to get another person on.. I have a second comp i have in my hamachi network I coppyed my folder with my .bat in it and put it to a external then to the other computer so they both have the same folder But it wont connect the other computer alwasy says Cannot connect to server even tho The main comp thats hosting is on.. Pleas help tell me what needs to be done?
