Putting SC items in game?

I wanted to know how to make SC stuff purchasable in game with in game currency?
and how to set inventory bags from 2 to 3 for starting characters.

SC items are already purchasable in game with in game currency
Not sure about the inventory bags. You could always just add the Old Bag item to character defaults
