If you want items to have stats, add in a new row inside GradeItemOption with your items Idx, and whatever stats you want on it. That's just for "base" stats, I personally never touched rewards, so not sure if it'll just give them with whatever base you choose, or will it randomize them each time. Go for it and see what happens I guess.
ItemInfoServer.shn -> RandomOptionDropGroup column. You can create new stat groups in World/RandomOptionTable.txt or use an existing one. Open it in ShineTables so it will be easier to read.
I added the items and apparently the Zone wouldn't start so there's obviously more to be done, I can try what William has suggested, but thank you!
Thank You, I will look into it, so far they do have RandomOptionDropGroup area, but when rewarded they don't have stats..., any ideas?

From rewards, I duno. I think I tried it once a long time ago. Take it you already tried it?
yeah, well, I have yet to test what you suggest, I guess I'll just increase solid stats for now, would be kool if there was a way for that though, like the blue reward things, maybe I should take a look at that actually...
Hmm, I thought that would work since when you make an item with commands it does randomize the stats. This might be why the blues you get from winning PvP KQ don't have stats lol. Sorry, I don't know, maybe someone who does will come by.

Alright so I know this is now old, but actually the Odin files have fixed my problem! Apparently they changed some of the server files and reprogrammed it so that every green made has random stats on it (ofc pertaining to their drop group).
