Quick Question I am trying to make a private server that don't need to be online.But haveing trouble and i am confused if my server don't need to be online do i still need to run the DB Servers on Service.msc?
Please someone esplain thanks in advance.

You have to do the exact same setup, as if you were going to put it online to the public, except when you start editing the Config.txt, instead of your IP use this one:

127.0.0.1

Thats the local IP, which will allow you to play it without being connected to the internet and its not public so only you can play.
