I was wondering if anyone could re-upload or post mirrors
I noticed that the Odin.rar download on this thread:

It's obviously a vital part to server creation and I myself and I'm sure others would appreciate if someone had a mirror, or Stu himself, ​could post a download link for them.

If I'm not mistaken then you can't delete it on your own. Admin must do it.

And I think it's fine where the topic is.
If you re-upload the files Alsm97 then either you make another topic anyway under Releases or post it here to keep the topic count minimal.
