Rest server won't connect to SQL

Hi all, been trying to fix this error for a few days now and still no luck, yes I used search before posting lol.

I have tried everything I can think of:

Mapping permissions for NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM.
( For some reason I can't give any permissions to sa, ideas on that? )

Different length tokens.

The host file is edited.

Used different REST files to see the difference. ( All from Odin I guess, but different releases and the updated ones e.c.t )

Can't think of anything except maybe sa needs permission, but since I can't give it permissions, not entirely sure. ( Going to google my arse off for this SQL problem )
If anyone has any ideas, let me know please.

u need to add perimissions to odinaccount

I did that, that is why I said I did that in my first post.
Mapping permissions = giving permissions to a user for a database.
The only one that needs permission is Account.
