Hey I have a problem.
I had run a server on my pc. now I want take all datas to a root server, I install but now If I want to start the _OdinRestServer ist stops and in the Socket.txt:
Starting AddListen 127.0.0.1:80
******ADD LISTEN FAIL******
An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions
can anyone help me to solve it?
all other services runs
