To make it public, in the server files you have to put your public ip address instead of '127.0.0.1' like it says in the setup guides, and port forward the specific ports in your firewall/router.Originally Posted by xDPx

thanks now im prolly not doing somthing right here but when i forward those to my computer and allow through my incoming firewall none of my services will start except my zone service
That's because it doesn't work like that on YOUR computer, that's only if you have a dedi. If you want to host on your own computer you will have to add your IPv4 (from running ipconfig via cmd), then going into your router settings and opening those ports for said IPv4 address. Then having your launcher connect to your public ip, or if you're giving a token then it also has to connect to public.

All is wrong on this way you can't run a server public. Iknow how to run it online behind a rouder but why i should help you ?
because im accually trying to do this myself and not leeech off guides and tutorials im just stuck thats why im asking for help so please tell me what im not doing right

Lol, if your hosting computer is '192.168.1.160', then simply replace the '67.249.12.241' with 192.168.1.160 on the config files.
And make your token connect to either 192.168.1.160 or if you have a launcher/people that you want to connect to it have it as 67.249.12.241 (if that's your public ip?)

You can use either, but anyone else besides you will use the second one to connect. Next time please try and read.
my bad if i upset or offended anyone thank you for showing me where i was getting it all messed up.. but my general point eairlier is i would rather be told hwat im doing wrong after i have made my own attemps than just have someone step by step guide me i wanna learn what im changing and why im changing.. thanks again for the help such a stupid mistake

any idea why others trying to log in would get error connecting to world server i tried messing with stuff but they get that error any idea?

Could be a port issue, or World Manager.
hmm i just dont get its setup how u said .. i do think so.....im just stuplified on why it wont work they can log in but when they select world server it wont connect

On the 9Data/ServerInfo/ did you change both config files? test_serverinfo & test_manager_serverinfo
im not using that source i only have one main config

You're almost done. There are two wrong things.

You did misstakes with your config files.
You have to rebuild the whole configs off all services to get this working on public.
