Fiesta Server doesn't work on Win8, because a IOCP Bug.

It can be done without a VM, but requires a lot of knowledge about windows and the structures in windows. So if you don't have this knowledge I'd suggest a format and downgrade to win 7.
I had already thought about the virtual machine, but on a forum was saying that there was a solution to this problem for windows 8
Interesting cause i got my test server on windows 8 with no issues.
