server say its full when i try to login

Hello,

Everything work find on my server but one thing not
when I try to login it say that my server is full

this is a screen

I tryed everything but nothing work, can somebody help?

World Manager controls that.
Make sure it doesn't fail to run,
also it needs some time to start up.

I had let it on for like 2 hours and stil nothing changed :(

You don't have the GameLog service installed.
