[Services] failed to run.

Ok i see some people are having the same problem but the people's replys don't help me fix it...I did everything correct from this tut http://forum.ragezone.com/f593/serve...-guide-654573/ Now here is the error i get when trying to run it and i'm running a vista 64bit comp.

I'm also getting this same problem, and i did the guide exactly how it was supposed to be, can anyone help?

Trent, i fixed it. The fix is just use your internet ip address and not your external one.
So i could use 127.0.0.1 / 192.168.xxx.xxx for expample 192.168.2.2

Could be that your IP doesn't work. Try putting all your IP's as "127.0.0.1" to run it in offline mode and see if that works.

deathninja,can u tell me where i have to change the IP adress?if necessary,please provide me with a photo or screenshot on how and where to change the IP adress..
