Services stop right as they start? Help?

So I've just started setting up my first server, an i've got to the point where I start the services. My problem is when I click properties>start it seems to load fine an the green bar gets about a quarter of the way then says "The _Account DB Server services on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs."

Could anyone tell me what else I am suppose to start with this in order for it to work.? o:

Did you even try looking at the service logs inside each of their folders?
