setting up mysql

Hello there,
i am attempting to set up a fiesta server for my family. we live in the boonies and have no access to internet. I have set up a couple of servers for some other games but i had some indepth guides. I have read a ton of posts here but i cant seem to find the info to set up the actual server itself. I have downloaded all the server and client files and scripts for the odin server and risoria. But is there somebody that could please provide me with a step by step guide on how to set up the mysql or link me a site or thread that shows this. Hopefully using 2008 express. I really have tried to search here and the web and i cannot find one. I really appreciate any help as this does look kinda complicated.
