So i tried to make it, i use IIS (please dont say i should use xampp..)
So apparently SQL doesnt fix IIS i tink, i read some1 said on a launcher page i had to add SQL... but i couldnt manage to find that again

why do you want incomplete files? You can't even use those. and only ES & Victus has actuall HK files.
also, xampp works better, but hey if you want to do it the worst way, go for it.

you only use it for your regi, mall, an CP.. not going to matter if its a little slow.
