Selesnia just force their users to vote before they can log in. It's not fair play and kind of harsh but it's their way I guess. This is how they are able to gain mass votes.

Contrary to popular belief, we only keep the vote window live for a week, and when it's live, it only comes up every 12 hours. If we kept it up constantly, we would easily be able to have 10 banners with over 100 thousand votes each. MORE RUMORS. MORE RUMORS EVERYWHERE. That's because Selesnia's hosting their launcher themselves, whereas Stu's server seems to be down for some reason. If you guys want, I could license you a professional launcher with a custom design. Won't come cheap though. :)
