Can work on windows 10 if you use the driver rather than ODBC connectors.

That's not true, using the ODBC connectors works fine as well.

2015 files can be set up on Windows Server 2016/2019 and Windows 10 confirmed. There is no difference in how you need to set it up; all steps are the same.
