I've uploaded in jpeg, jpg, gif, and what ever the other one was and it won't work.
It's within the size limit too..
Also, when I try to just link the banner it comes up with a white page.
This happens on Chrome + IE.

file to big or make the banner a bit smaler
The file is smaller than the allowed kb size, and the size of the actual banner is also within the limit.
Don't you think I would have tried that?

It is an error in php .. something like a 5 year old can be fixed.. but they can't ^^
trust me they can, they prob didnt notice/don wanna waste time on such trivial things/plain lazyx.

Um, I had this problem too.
Try this.
Upload the banner to tinypic, make sure it's LESS than 80kb... so 79.99 is good. Then just upload it using a url.

something that wont help. its a problem in their website.
yea flash is right. Banners dont solve everything tho >:! actually they help alot, You might wanna contact them instead of us.
