Tunngle problem with Fiesta p - server - Connection have failed

I started a p - server from Odin files. I didn't want to use hamachi so I downloaded Tunngle. I replaced the 2 txt files IP with the IP written bottom left in Tunngle. I did the same with the bat file. The tokens are fine. I don't know why the other person is getting "Connection has failed" instead of showing the servers name to enter the game.
I also turned off firewall.

Look in the folder where the zones and such are in. The assert / debugmessages show you whats wrong.

How can they show whats wrong? The game is actually working. Just other people cant join. Can you give me skype so you can explain what to do?
