Tutorials for Custom Map's ?

Hi, I have recently seen these videos and now I wonder how to do something like that. Unfortunately, I have found no tutorials on the Internet. Therefore, I ask now here in the hope there are tutorials or experts. Because I would really like to learn it

Adding Maps

Lets Add Frozen Bera

1. open MapInfo.shn and add the following

MapInfo.shn

You Must Know The Basics

if you want to make a very new custom map then Nifscope is your Answer

I didnt even use anything other than photoshop and Nifskope (Maybe Blender)
