UGH. Help? I can't make the server run online,

Okay, so I got all my server files,databases, ODBC connecters and services set up. But I can't seem to get my client to run my server. I'm using gameguardless with a bat file to run it, and I've tried using 127.0.0 and my own ip address and my hamachi ip address in the bat file, but it still doesn't run my server on the client like it's supposed to. I've tried hex editing but I can't figure it out. Can someone help me to get my server online? Add me on skype if you wanna help.
