1st problem: You need the correct SHN Viewer to open them files, or you decrypt them.

2nd problem: no idea, data is dat? not sure.

This problem is similar to all other topics - Where person wants to open someone's Server files which doesn't use default crypt.

Find out the crypt and Download "Fiesta Editor 2013" source (Use Google), after that edit the source to open the files.

Unk.dat file is generated by the SHN Editor if opening fails - It is decrypted data using default crypting algorithm. It was needed file for the developer - CSharp.

No, they won't help - neither of them will. Myth is too busy with Terra (well what's left of terra and lying to the community about what they are doing). and Manova is busy with another project.

And the ones who also have the correct SHN viewer to open them aren't exactly going to give it to an outsider of the 'inner circle'.

For what you want to open the File? Find out the crypto algorithm or don't steal from terra/victus who ever use this algorithm..

I thinks there's no solve to that files, i have all possibles SHNs editor from different posts and forums, i was tried open that @#%#@ files and don't open, i think only one solution to your problem:
Use the client manipulation fix:
