I made a new wep skin and edited everything for it but Idk how to change the durability :L

When I put it on none of the effects work and im guessing its because of the durability it says 0/1033859842

How do you fix it?

You need the ChargedEffect.shn

Right. ChargedEffect ist only for Items with Durability and Time Effected Items.
