Where to find OPtool

So I just recently started messing around with a pserver, got the basic server set up and have gotten as far as making myself a gm... as meaningless as that actually is. Now, i've seen a few posts and read a few things about something called OPtool. But I cannot seem to find any info about it anywhere. More importantly, I dont even know if i have it. There is DB for the OperatorTool, but I dont think i have the tool itself. The server files i have i downloaded from the release section of this forum. If it is included in that release, where is it? I cant seem to find it.

What release did you get, also there are a few OPTools that were released on here, so go look :)

I got the one here: http://forum.ragezone.com/f593/serve...-guide-654573/ . I did manage to find an OPtool in the Catalyst server files.

I'm aware, but I couldn't find a release that was still working. Wasn't until i looked into the Catalyst server files that i found it.


So to clear up confusion, i'm using all the files found here http://forum.ragezone.com/f593/serve...-guide-654573/ , with optools from Catalyst Server Files. And now i have a client that can't connect.
