Shop IN-GAME: Press B, Sell, put your items there and prices too... and Open Store xD
If you don't mean to that, please, learn to differentiate TERMS:
IN-GAME: This term mean to all actions or knowledge you could do or know while you are playing. Like if you were living your character life. Too known like IC (In-Character).
OUT-GAME: This mean to all actions or knowledge in REAL LIFE. Too known like OC (Out-Character).
Anyway, if you want to do a shop (WEB PAGE), you should do it by your own, because you should base it on data of your database and SHNs files....

If it was in game, you'd need to add items to an npc (done in the NPCItemList folder) or make your own (npc's are classed as mobs so add to the relevant shn's, so copy an item merchant, paste, rename) then NPCItemList copy one of the files, rename it to match the npc you just made and edit the document adding/replacing/removing items as you see fit. Probably a few more steps I'm missing but oh well, that's already probably giving more than enough help.
Like you are saying, you are talking about the Server Files, therefore you mean to OutGame things, like editing the SHNs files and Field.txt, this way you will add a NPC OutGame that will be showed InGame, but what you are really doing is OutGame work... do you understand what i mean??
I'd love to know the meaning of "InGame" work then.
This 'outgame' work creates an 'in game' npc selling whichever items you want, and therefore creates an 'ingame store' making your post kind of irrelevant, basically what you're saying is no one will ever create in game items.
HAHAHAHA IRRELEVANT?? please, so to make your comments, RELEVANT comments, please do a full guide or tutorial about creating that InGame Shops that you are saying, until then, all your comments will be irrelevant, at least my comments helps to the people who ask for help a little bit, hahaha but how are your comments helping to he? The InGame work is like be a GameMaster, making events, discovering bugs, etc, etc, do you understand now or do you need an explanation with apples???

Firstly, check my first post for the guide to creating this 'shop' if you really wanted I could make a proper one with pretty pictures :), secondly people mean one thing and say another term which is similar (npc shop is still a shop) . and no your posts don't help people at all, just seems like insults (hence the irrelevance, as well as it seems you're failing to understand what the op wants) rather than help 'if you're flabby .....', they wanted an 'in-game' shop and I'm pretty sure I answered it correctly (presuming they're wanting to add a cash store (which is where the website links into it), adding the items to an npc).
Another thing would be to say most 'out-game' work will appear 'in-game' such as nifs/mobs/items/stores (npc stores) and the items they sell/fashion you don't make any of these in game, yet they are still used there, so not quite sure why you're caught up on the in-game/out-game thing, maybe that's why you seem confused.
