Zone services starts then stops :(

So this morning my zone services were working fine...then i was trying to add cs items to merchant pey in roumen and all i did was change the .txt for pey and now my zone services wont start..i start but then like 2 seconds later they stop, i tryed to fix it by undoing the changes i've made in .txt for pey but they are still not runing...when i go check the assert files in zone folder i found this

19:46:50 : AssertClass::ac_AssertFail : ItemDataBox::idb_MakeSpecialID : Wrong Item Id[RoboDarkEar02]

i have no idea how to fix this so if any1 could get me in the right direction?

In ItemInfo/ItemInfoServer.shn search for RoboDarkEar02, it's been a long time since I've worked with files, but it should be those shn's, if not, I have a feeling I know what else it could be.

Edit, I'ved deleted the roboear2 from iteminfo/itemfoserver but services still wont start e.e

It's probably missing in GradeItemOption, cba to look at it right now.

Ngeh Zawng just edited a text file , the reason "Why you want him/her to alter .shn files ?"... is what i don't get.


if (s)he just edited pey's text file as (s)he said,..
Why not recommend her/him to re-use the unedited one then make back-up of the latest working one ?

1. Make sure you're properly typing the item's inxName

2. Make sure you don't alter the structure of the .text files. You Should use NPCeditor and/or ShineTable( i don't know which one is best.) Or at least a good BockNote ... Something like: NotePad++

yep Nothing to do...

Actually it just says that (s)he just mistyped the itemindex of the said item in GradeitemOption.shn, but i just wanted her/him to find it out her/himself.

Because (s)he Obviously did more than what (s)he said... he saved GradeitemOption.shn and that probably altered it.


@Ngeh Zawng
use the basic GradeitemOption.shn (it will work if you didn't any others attempts to add new items). And use the Shneditor v3d.
