Reporting a post results in a 503 error

When submitting a report the request results in a 503 error.

Edit: also submitting a new thread results in a nice 503 error.

Edit 2: also after editing the thread results in a very nice 503 error.

Posting and even editing threads does it.

Whenever I try to report a post it just loads forever, doesn't work.
