Replace the "Likes" with "Likes Received"
and below the "Likes Receieved" add a "Likes Given"
In front of them add some pictures.

yeah that seems like a good idea. because right now i'm wondering whether "Liked" means the amount of posts you liked, or how many people liked your posts. respectively, it would be how many people you thanked in contrast to how many thanks you've received.

but since the like system is in the place, it's no longer there

Anyway, the Like button in the posts look a bit scattered.
