For sales they have a feedback section and for releases you can just go threw the comments and check what people think and decide what do u want to do.

Reputation system = rep abuse..
Against this idea.
Agreeable, not a great Idea for a community with a lot of releases, because people register to get the link, and then just -rep them because they can.
