I prefer it as 150x150 ;[ - As then I don't have to ctrl + e, to make it smaller lolol.
RageZone really has space for a 150x150 avatar at the size instead of 100x100. You could maybe make the size bigger for just subscribers or even everyone.
I like the size of the avatar I wish the gif space could increase a tab more.
