deactivate automatic page refresh?

i want to deactivate the automatic page refresh. it is especially annoying when it happens while one writes a longer post and then having to start over.

this feature seems to be missing in general settings of the ragezone forum.

maybe someone has some javascript (tampermonkey) to deactivate it? so far i have not found where the timer for this is.
