Mapletory website subforum

I would love to learn how to make an CMS 100% support for this.

Oh definitely. Even if we don't add new sections, can we at least eliminate those sections please?
I'm tired of having to check those section find all the incorrectly located topics and move them.
@Kreeate seems hell bent on not letting more sections be created, so maybe he'll support getting rid of sections?

I still do not understand how Kreeate thinks a website / pserver division is less logical than the current java / alternative division.
Oh the horror I have to endure every time I see a misplaced help topic, which is clearly related to pservers, but I can't tell whether it is for java or alternative languages, so I just dump it in java and hope for the best.

You seem to misunderstand. I love my job. I love cleaning out useless rubbish.
My statement was in response to oxy's misconception that there is no spam in the MS section.

No no no. I'm all for replacing a current subsections with a MS Website one. What I'm against is adding a subsection in addition to the current ones.

And we are back at the beginning:

1. Add a new sub section for websites ( i am with full 100% for this, only you aren't )
2. Replace the general discussion section (Oxy isn't for this one )
3. Put the Alternative language section and the java section together and make a new website section ( Kevin isn't for that one )

Edit:

On the other side; if you currently take a look, a new mod wouldn't even be that bad if there comes a new website section, (without replacing a section)

Kevintjuh -> Java developer
Retep -> Alternative language developer
xxxxx -> Website developer
Piggy -> Less active-> but more a general discussion guy.

I am totally with this as long as some of the other subsections are taken away or merged.

Everyone in this thread does agree with adding a new subsection for websites, however the way it should be archived is still in discussion.

L>4 the guy who can come with a brilliant suggestion to solve this xD

Switch the section order (i think i am just a asshole who prefers a specific order)
-Java emulators
-Alternative language emulators
-Websites
-Others

By "Others" add a "MapleStory chat" section, then oxy is also happy.

1. No extra section,
2. Alternative and java emulators still separated
3. Still a MapleStory chat section.

Thats it right 0_0?

Yeah I wanted that same order too but was too lazy to do it :blush:

I'll be glad to do the dirty work of moving stuff between the sections as long as someone *cough @Hilia cough* goes through and finds everything that needs to be moved.

The Wz section will be made together with a Nx Section , and that will be placed in the other section.

if the section will be made as of the screenshot, than i only need to go though 1809 java pages to find all the redirectors and localhost threads + 70 pages of the Alternative language section LOOOOOOOL

This topic has gone wildly off topic and seems to be turning back around to be on-topic again. I have removed all of the off-topic posts I could find and tried to preserve all of the on-topic posts.

I believe the best thing is for the members to work with the section moderators and devise a plan for the moderators to present to the staff (including Mental) to decide what is best to do.
