The reputation bars you have shown in them pictures are actually horrible, also.. care to elaborate how the current system is outdated?
Nothing in the forum is green except the rep system this disturbs me already ha-ha

I like green, but the suggestion got something ... it kinda looks modern, but will it even look good on our black forum designs?

Its not clear whether it is negetive or postive now. Keep as it is because the current look makes more sense.
The colours have a reason...
Green = positive
Gray = neutral
Red = negative
You can't just change the colours, these colours are clear for everyone.
How about
Purple = postive
Neutral = green
Negative: orange
Brain fuck much?

But in all seriousness though, the system now is fine and I don't think the colors are off any issue and would only cause more confusion when changed.
