Because the people who posted the idea failed to show how it could be useful when we already have something similar to the idea thats successful. All I see you doing now is trying to insult us.

I'm not insulting you. You either don't know what an insult is or cant grasp the idea that this CAN be successful. Are you being negative because Mental posted here saying it couldn't be? Or can you just not open your mind far enough.
No because I have my own opinion on the idea as you can see I've given a whole different reason why the idea would fail.

Right. The entire "applying" process could be decent in a sense but you know its going to be filled with allot of useless threads. The best option is to stick with the current recruitment process. IF a user wishes to assist in that persons services then he or she can simply reply to that thread.
