because the forum uses an automated subscription service to do that if you subscribe to a thread.

I need choose 'all' in Subscriptions folder so after the that all reply post will be notification ?

Settings --> General Settings --> Default Thread Subscription Mode, make your settings and yes, when you reply or subscribe thread it will be in your subscription folder.
