Re: Remove Hectic Advertisement
They paid for the spot, true, but their spot was Habbo Hotel related and was paid for so it could advertise a Habbo Private Server. The thing they paid for was described as somewhere were you can advertise your own Private Server and get lots of users, they went against that despite having the money to keep their private server up and they built a shitty mybb forum.
They paid for Private Server advertisement but they run a forum that will probably never get as popular as expected. Keep the spot, lose the spot. The forum isn't going to get any better so they may aswell reopen the hotel.
Re: Remove Hectic Advertisement
They should be able to keep the spot as they've rightfully paid for it for however long. They paid to advertise a image and a link, the content of the website is a whole different story. If anything, they're just falsely advertising. If the spot were to be terminated, I think a refund for the remaining days would be in order.
Re: Remove Hectic Advertisement
They broke the 'contract'. They paid for private server advertising.
Re: Remove Hectic Advertisement

Re: Remove Hectic Advertisement

Unless otherwise agreed upon.
Re: Remove Hectic Advertisement
Well they paid for the advertisement so... its fair enough to what content their server has, I mean, 90% of ads here have their own forums, who am I to say "sorry you cannot advertise here because you are a rival" when realistically most people have heard or use ragezone.
Re: Remove Hectic Advertisement
I have no prob with the spam of the ads but I have an issue when 3 trojans tried installing themselved on my comp. The clicksor ad isnt the issue but the pop up one is.

Everyone's always had a problem with those advertisements. The simple solution is checking the "Remember me" box.
