But - lets get back on topic.
What does the neverland ranch have to do with mmo? So why not a school section? Considering I mod Habbo its filled with mostly 11-15 year olds.
If this should stay nothing but a gaming forum we might as well take out the Evolution: RageZone category almost entirely. All of your arguments are invalid.
I support.
I definitely agree with this suggestion.
Support.
I hate school, but put this section in EVO part, problem solved, it's all "hidden" and watever and almost at the bottom of the forum, nobody except those that care will visit it :) It's not like the Maple section or Habbo section would be "disturbed", this is a forum, not an office building or dorm hall.
Sorry guys, but I have to agree with the post by Iconic. You can't use the argument that this is a MMORPG Dev/Gaming forum because the Evo section has next to nothing to do with Gaming, apart from Gaming HotSpot. We allow and have a section for numerous other topics, such as art, music, computers in general, intellectual debates, and sports to name a few. They have nothing to do with development, nor do they have to do with MMORPGs. If you're going to say we shouldn't have something, the reason should at least be a plausible reason. That doesn't mean I think we should have this section, it just means I see nothing wrong with the suggestion of having it.

This isn't a place for users to do other user's homework you know. Helping with math/science problems or maybe helping with an essay idea I can see but not posts asking for people to do their homework which I know we are going to see quite a few of.
Further more, this forum has places such as the outerworld and the mmorpg zone which would be a distraction to people trying to do their homework.
If you don't accept this as an mmorpg/gaming forum then consider an entertainment forum. Trying to mix entertainment with education isn't going to work well.
You do know most schools provide an afterschool educational program that have all of this right?

I don't see what the main problem is. Would it blend well? It's a forumboard that specializes in mmorpgs, it doesn't necessarily mean you can't have other type of discussions. Having a homework section would add more discussions to the forum board, creating more activity for the forums. It would help out lots of users I guess so why not?
I dont want a bunch of 8 year olds signing up asking for us to do their math homework... so... DENIED.
