Improving this suggestion:
I think SUBSCRIBERS should be able to put at least 1 smiley in their user title, AND use HTML/BB code to modify whatever in their user title.
Whatta bout' regular users. It would be nice to get something actually free in the world.

Because a title is exactly that. You don't see birth/marriage records with a smiley face beside them.

I don't see the problem with allowing a Smiley.
Except maybe Mental would have to figure out how to modify the code.
The only way I could see this working would be maybe if it was instead of a name that sparkled it was at the end or something. You have to realize that putting an iamge into a name would most likely be rather hard.
Most likely it would have to have <img or [IMG] which is usually only done when an administrator edits your name.
