Selling Browser Based RPG Engine

The VexxusEngine.The VexxusEngine started being developed in 2011 by Kyverr of VexxusArts, it started out as a simple game with just attacking working.However in 2012 The VexxusEngine was given a complete rewrite, to make it more functional and have more features.
The Current Features
-Registration (Flash)
- Multiple Characters for each account
- Ability to join other maps
- Walking
- Ingame Chat
- A unique battle engine
- Item equiping- Dungeon Finder

By buying the VexxusEngine, you recieve the flash sources (fla), so you can edit the Engine and customize it to how you want, this is good for people learning flash as then they can improve on their flash designing skills. The Engine is very stable and has been called a 'Legal DragonFable Clone'It is written in AS2 and PHP.

So, this looks like a 2.5D - 3D engine. So what exact languages besides Flash can this be scripted in?
P.S: The engine is quite impressive, I might look into getting this.

Actually, there's a lot more minor things to fix on the registration besides that, but I'm sure he wouldn't have to break a sweat.
