I recently opened a thread like this in the past but wasn't experienced enough to be able to maintain the work.

I am offering professional web and application services.

Here are my skills:

CSS
PHP
C#
ASP.NET

Below are the pricing details:
Full HTML/CSS Website from Provided Design - $80
HTML/CSS Website & Design - $100
Full Website with PHP included - $200
Game Launcher - $100
Other Applications - $50

I can promise you, the client, a professional approach and clean code.
There will be comments included in the HTML document(s) so clients can easily understand if any changes are needed to be made to the code.

All payments will be dealt with through PayPal, in which I will require half of the payment up front and half when the work is completed.

'I didn't expect this project to be so time consuming. I have a lot of other work to do'... Why even take on a project if you got other work to do? Stupid to just take a project when you have other work as well.
