I hate having to make this thread because the situation is incredibly disheartening and unfortunate, but it must be done so no one else is scammed by this individual. I will try to provide as much comprehensive proof as possible.

I actually made this post about a day ago or so, but was unaware of this section and for that, I apologize.

About a week ago, I created this thread regarding Alicia Online 2.0 files. A user from the forum contacted me on Discord (their exact username escapes me at this time, but I know it was something along the lines of ZENS!ERT. They were inquiring about the files and unpacker I had posted, but soon told me they had found someone that claimed to contain these server files. Of course, I was interested and was redirected to said individual.

At the time, TheAj's Discord was Crad#7272 (I believe he changed due to my warnings of his initial scam). I contacted him as can be seen here. Here he is claiming he has these files and wants to sell them for $80.00. After discussing this with him, I decided to contact my friends that were also interested in these files. We talked it over for a while and it was decided that one of our friends (ᴄᴏʀᴘsᴇ ʀᴀᴍsᴀʏ#1532) would purchase these files without the license for $40. The payment was sent, and the transaction's discussion can be viewed below:

Unfortunately, none of us heard a response. We asked a friend by the name of Jaxiepu to contact him, to verify if he was ignoring us or not. I do not have the message on hand, but he responded to her immediately without hesitation.

This was obviously incredibly fishy, so I decided to contact him on an alternative account which can be seen here. He failed to respond.

At this point, there was not much that could be done. He refused to respond to any of our messages unless we asked on an alternative account, and if we brought up the files he would suddenly go AFK. I came to the conclusion that in order to get any sort of justification in this situation, I would need to do my own work. I made a persona and contacted him.

I sent him a message, which can be viewed here. (Inspect element is a funny thing, isn't it?) He responded with this message. Interestingly, his prices had changed upon viewing my fake PayPal balance.

We discussed this for some time, and he was adamant on not providing the files to me unless we went 50/50. I wasn't about to do this for obvious reasons, but eventually, he told me he would give me the files with a password and once receiving the payment would deliver the password to me. I told my friend group about this, and we went to work on figuring out the .rar's password.

Soon after giving me the files, he became hostile upon my offer of $10 for the password and the rest of the cash once the files are verified. Here's what he said, and here's him admitting that he is TheAJ and linking his main account(s).

A user by the name of SuperMewKitty#8417, an actual collector of legitimate game servers, ended up cracking the password to discover that these files were not even that of Alicia Online 2.0, but instead RF Online, with the names being modified. Here's proof of that here.

Super mew kitty of discord is me,and you know im legit collector even i posted most of my stuff here in Extra Release,i can confirm this,the files are just a rip off from RF online server renamed ALICIA by this scammer.i even extracted the files by brute force and were same files just edited

I am not sure if this person was actually TheAJ. Many scammers on this forum impersonate developers. Many threads and posts have been made on the forum to warn everyone not to do business with anyone who defines themselves as a person with a special rank on RaGEZONE. Developers, Moderators, Legends, Supervisors, Super Moderators will never sell or purchase server files.

Our global forum rules already state buying or selling server files on RaGEZONE is forbidden. It is extremely difficult for us to find proof regarding the claims that are being made when negotations have been done via Discord or any other third party platform.

Nonetheless, I do would like to find out who this person is that scammed you. If it is a developer, the developer in question will obviously lose their rank and receive a (permanent) ban on RaGEZONE. For that I will need more proof to determine if this person is the person who you claim him to be.

The thing is, is that he never told me that he was TheAj to begin with. He never said he was of high rank or anything to start with, and I have no idea what his initial contact speech was. It seemed to me that he was upset because he thought I was "playing" with his intelligence, so he decided to show off by linking his accounts.

It seems highly unlikely this would happen, as we have seen COUNTLESS cases of developers being impersonated.

This has been happening quite frequently, so I would say: NEVER TRUST ANYONE.
There are 3 threads regarding this subject on the main page alone, two of which are publicly displayed.

PS: most developers have a signature like mines to prevent such behavior (which IMO doesn't really help)

The best I can recommend for your future actions @Kittyeom is to make all transitioning actions over the forums as If you do anything behind these forums then, it’ll possibly be void due to no evidence or official method of gaining the visible evidence to back up such statements; although you may be somewhat lucky I’d recommend checking over the forum rules and sections as well to keep anything to do with development of the kind on the forums and avoid taking it private elsewhere such as discord, Skype otherwise no one can help.

There’s been far too many imposters imposing as other well known users and truth to be told they’ve prayed upon so many victim based members and that’s because they didn’t follow the forums guidelines.

I've had much correspondence with AJ years ago for RSPS and even then he did not type like a 12 year old still coming to grips with the English language. Clearly impersonator..

Its the same Discord ID TheAJ#7283. In my case I posted on Request Section about Ragnarok Mobile files. An user @Godsen sent me a PM, saying that this TheAj have those kind of files, I called him on Discord. He said he had it, and would sell for US$230, but I decided to ask you first, as he sent me a link to TheAJ profile on RageZone Dev Group and I saw you @Bola there too. As I already contacted you once and know you from here and ThePwdev I asked you and you told me to not trust that I was probably a scam ^^

I suspected because no one has the Ragnarok Mobile files, there aren't any pservers of it.
So its really a scammer trying do get money from everyone.

TheAJ hasn't been active on RaGEZONE for a couple of months. The chance of this scammer being TheAJ is minimal, especially since a fake account is sending you these PMs.

I'm closing the thread and I can only advise the victims to dispute the payment and report the e-mail to PayPal.

Developers or anyone with a rank on RaGEZONE won't ever sell server files, so don't trust anyone who is claiming to be someone with a rank. Don't trust people at all when it comes to selling server files.
