Ran Online Developer [Scammer Alert] dutch

i was looking for a developer here in ragezone and he sent me a visitor message and he gave his facebook account. we talk about many things and decided that i will pay 1,000 pesos for his developer fee and he will set up the server and fix the gameplay.
at first this guy is so consistent on messaging me on facebook that you will really feel that this guy will do the job. but then after i sent the money he is not responding to my message anymore and making excuses.

Only 1/3 of active user/guest in ran online forum is a developer, the rest are just pretending, they called themselves as developer because they know how to press the BUILD BUTTON in their compiler.

The CN Dev also, he give you a Shit with many bug there after you paid the money, thus dont buy anything from him. Rebel is good developer one here.... I'm looking for other developer who will sell the good thing instead Shit....

the price is too low

if you really serious about your server
that amount is not even enough

sadly you fell for it

legal action cant be done here on ragezone

you can file a case in cyber crime division in any police station near you
just go to their cyber crime department

save your conversation
screenshot everything

then file a case

it will take forever to resolve such case since both of you has your own stories

and for that amount, is not worth it
but its up to you

i was scam just today by the name hades which reffered by jigger... just like other scammer he promised to set up our server
and i gave him 6k php he also told me that he's knowed here in ragezone. i send money by gcash to the name marvin manalo
which he said he's team mate here in philippines. hope this will help our newbie here just like me please spread this news
for the better of our community. where to educate and not to scam
