And of all things to bicker about, you chose a set of images neither of you even made. If you wish to give credit where credit is due, why not give it to Masangsoft, the company that really made said images?
All that random guy did was reposition them and turn them around, terribly at that.
Stop trying to claim copyright over that which you do not own.
Should you have made the entire image set yourself (That means actually drawing/rendering it, not editing existing images), then your words would have some sort of merit.
Now do yourselves a favor, grow a pair and shut up.

You could try encrypting your files if you want to keep them safe from random people. Even if those files were created from scratch and by you, consider this: we steal work from Masang every day and brag about it, do we sound like hesitating to steal some random publicly released files? If there is something to learn when you make your work released in public, it is to encrypt it. Especially when it comes to software...
