Pandea maps with supply shop working

Here all pandea maps (include mission maps) with supply shop

* Tip to fix supply shop not work:
Step 1: Draw supply pad by any .pgm (portable graymap) file editor
Step 2: Import supply pad into sma map file (use SMA Editor by St34lth4ng3l ;) ) *** In this step, only A-Gear can landing to supply ***
Step 3: Open sma file in Hex Editor, replace all "CD 00 00" bytes with "CD 01 00" *** Now, all user can landing

Didn't say nothing of bad against him, but instead (strangely) i appreciated what was released :)

Didn't test yet, but nice contribution! Unbelievable that no working Pandea Supply Shops were ever released in this Section until now :D
It was long obsolete.
