I got problem when im trying to open this file, it said that
the file cant opened with errror 0x00000ba, hel( i cant open the other version of this)

Then you are trying to open an older or newer omi.tex. This tool is developed for ep 4.3/4.4 (standart masang format). You can't open files with custom formats.
