[Release] Original Map Editor

Hello,
as in title I've decided to release original map editor used by creators of this game.
Theres full source code of it and binaries included.

Just wanted to admit that i dont have ressources for this so its up to you how you will use this source because i would not provide support.

Another thing you have to know is that its DX8 tool means it is nice piece of deprecated code.

Have fun with it, maybe people would start releasing more stuff around for you since everyone have everything but here non released.
