You got no problems in global.cfg. You might have problems with ODBC part, or SQL Server Configuration Server, you might not enabled and activated the IP in it and this is for sure.
Try like this:
Go SQL Server Configuration Manager > TCP/IP > Add your hamachi > Press Start > type services.msc > find SQL Server MSSQLSERVER and restart it.
Reboot. See if works.
